Three steps, then it keeps going.
Set it up once, write the job down, send it. The free plan does all of that. On Pro+ the app also chases the payment, takes the card and marks the invoice paid while you are on the next job.
Set it up once
Your name, your address, how you take payment. You fill this in on day one and never think about it again. It rides along on every invoice you ever send.
Write the job down
Who it's for, what you did, what it costs. Regulars are saved, so their details come back with one tap. The totals add themselves up while you type, tax and deposits included.
Send it and forget it
One tap emails it straight to your client, and they open it on their phone. Free invoices carry your typed payment instructions — check, bank transfer, whatever you already use. Pro adds one tappable button, named after whoever you already use: Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Square and a few more. Pro+ lets you show up to four of them, adds card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, marks the invoice paid on its own, and chases them if they go quiet.
It keeps going after you close it.
A week of one job, and the only thing you did was write the quote.
Pro+ Three of these need Pro+: the reminder, the card payment and the review request. Sending the quote and having your client answer it work on every plan.

The reminder writes itself
Three days before it is due, on the day, then a week and two weeks after. It stops the moment they pay.
Just a note that invoice 1042 for $5,370.00 is due on Sep 7. You can pay it by card on the same link.
You never mark it paid
The money goes straight to your Stripe account, and the invoice updates itself the moment it lands.
Stripe charges its own fee on each card payment, taken before the money reaches you. That one is Stripe's, not ours — their current rates.
